Once your order is placed delivery is usually within 2-3 working days.
Small cars are usually delivered within 2 working days. (via DHL EXPRESS)
Larger cars are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. (via Pallet courier)
All items are dispatched with tracking. All items are delivered in original packaging requiring assembly. Assembly is usually 20/40min. With an instruction manual provided. Usually pretty straight forward.
Assembled delivery is possible to most locations. This will require an extra fee of £69.99 for assembly. This will ensure the product is delivered fully assembled and ready to use when delivered. This service is available on most models. If any issues with this our team will be in touch with you. Assembled delivery is between 4-9 working days. So please remember to order in advance. PLEASE GET IN TOUCH IF THIS IS REQUIRED.

On most occasions we will try dispatching on the same working day if ordered before 1pm.
If you require delivery sooner for an occasion such as birthday then please call us or email us and we shall try our best to accommodate your request.
Costs: Delivery is usually from £9.99 to £49.99 depending on size and weight of your chosen product.
FREE SHIPPING is only in mainland UK.
Scottish highlands and Northern Ireland delivery is possible extra charges will incur. This will be between £19.99 £39.99. Our team member will be in touch once order is placed and we have a delivery cost to your extra location from the couriers.
Holidays…. We are a family run business and we do enjoy time away with the family from time to time. So, during these periods we will have a notice on the website. And dispatch will take place on our return.
If an item is deemed lost by one of our third party couriers then we will need to follow their lost item claim processes before we can provide any replacement or refund. This is outside of our control and we would like you to be patient whilst any delivery issues are investigated.
If a item is clearly damaged upon delivery please sign for the item as damaged. Also we need to be notified within 2 working days if a item is damaged upon delivery.
We will always ask for images for any damaged-on delivery items.
Here if notified within the timescales we will either exchange the product or come to an agreement with you for the inconvenience.
